For 3+ years I had pursued the best manner in which to transition out of my role as Here For Kids International Founder and Executive Director. But I was not making positive headway in doing this. Fortunately Tom and his team were able to help! They had the integrity, relational gifts, personality, work experience and insights to guide us through this important transition.

Tom and his team stepped in to seamlessly implement a strategic plan that gave voice to all of our staff while guiding the organization through the transition. They also helped us strengthen the Board of Directors, search for and hire a new Executive Director and increase our donor engagement.

Because of our work together HFK is now flourishing under new leadership. With Tom’s continued role of coaching, we have found the perfect mix of drawing on the experience of the former leadership while helping the new leadership get established and lead strongly in new directions.
